Their efforts attract Betelgeuse (Michael Keaton), a rambunctious spirit whose ‘help’ quickly becomes dangerous for the Maitland’s and the Deetz’s innocent daughter, Lydia (Winona Ryder), who is able to see and communicate with Barbara and Adam.
