Short of money and desperate, Artie steals a large sum of cash from a powerful and dangerous criminal, Beniamino Rios (Tony Plana). Luckily for Artie, Beniamino’s girlfriend, Grace (Rachel Ticotin), is an undercover police officer who can help him after he is kidnapped by Rios.
