On Earth, the Omegahedron is recovered by Selena (Faye Dunaway), an amateur witch. She quickly realises that her find is powerful and can enable her to perform real magic. Following the path of the Omegahedron, Kara becomes Linda Lee and enrolls at an all-girls school where she befriends Lucy Lane (Maureen Teefy), a fellow student and younger sister of Lois Lane.
