However, Ackerman should have cause for concern too, as most of Pulovski’s partners end up in body bags. No matter what they think of each other, they will have to get along if they want to take down the car theft ring whose leaders, Strom (Raul Julia) and Liesl (Sonia Braga), are responsible for the death of the Pulovski’s last partner. The veteran detective has officially been taken off the case, though that doesn’t make a difference to an angry cop with a score to settle.
